Sometimes small organizations just need some telephone support. Calling support companies usually costs quite a bit per incident.
Our ongoing telephone support option is affordable and your minutes roll over to the next month.

The Service
The service is a simple concept. You subscribe to a monthly agreement, which gives you a pre-defined amount of telephone support minutes. This enables you to call our engineers for support on the phone. It is similar to a cell phone plan.
Triple Technologies lets you roll over your unused minutes to the next month.
This service gives you a secured feeling that when you need help, we're only a phone call away and we'll walk you through certain tasks or help you resolve a nagging issue.

If issues are too complex to resolve over the phone, we'll discuss the options with you, which can include an on-site visit at a reduced rate.

The telephone support plan is recommended for any organization or individual that sometimes just need phone support.

Price
Price is based on amount of minutes purchased.
Plan is pre-billed monthly around the first of the month and minutes roll over.
Minute plans are with 60 minute increments, the more minutes purchased the cheaper per minute.

60 minutes (1 hour) - $60.00
120 minutes (2 hours) - $115.00
180 minutes (3 hours) - $170.00
240 minutes (4 hours) - $225.00
300 minutes (5 hours) - $280.00
