Overview
Did you ever dream of having all the workstations in your organization look, feel and work the same? Everyone's workstation has the same interface, the same applications. Wouldn't that be wonderful?
With the Standardization project this is all possible.

The Service
Triple Technologies' Standardization project offers you the option of having each workstation in your organization look and work exactly the same.
First we start with one workstation and install this workstation to your specifications with the Operating System, office applications and specific organization applications. We add all your network printers, AntiVirus program, customize the background to your preference and anything else you want on the desktop and the workstations.

Then we let you test the master workstation for a few days to make sure that this is what you want on all the workstations and make the changes that you point out to us during this testing phase.

Once thoroughly tested, we use a cloning technology to create the master workstation image.

We can then make backups of all the workstations as they are functioning currently to preserve any local data that might be stored locally. We use the same cloning technology for this purpose.

Then we use the cloning technology to distribute the master image to all the workstations.

Finally, we configure each workstation for each individual user with their mail profile, default printer and default home directory. This also includes installing user-specific applications that only they need to use.

Support time and cost will significantly decrease with this project implementation, because when a workstation does not function properly anymore, instead of troubleshooting the issue, putting the master image back on the machine will save you support time. It takes about 15-30 minutes to get a workstation in working order again, while troubleshooting one single issue can sometimes take much longer.

This technology works with different hardware as well, so you workstations do not need to be the same brand and model. It does take a little longer to get a machine back in working order with different hardware but much less than installing from scratch.

Projects are flat fee based.
