Overview
You will be assigned a designated engineer, who will come to your site once per month and provide you with two hours of service per visit.

The Service
Smaller organizations sometimes want to have an engineer onsite for a few hours per month to check the systems. Make sure the servers are running optimal and all equipment is operating properly.

We offer this monthly support package for those organizations that need an engineer on-site.
We check your backup to make sure that everything is backing up properly to prevent data loss.
Your key systems (servers and other important machines) will be checked to make sure there is enough available disk space, enough memory for these systems to run at the best possible performance.
We also check your AntiVirus status, to make sure you have the latest virus definitions and update them if necessary.
Each visit will be documented in a detailed report, which will provide valuable documentation.
You can customize the tasks that you want us to take care of during these monthly visits.

Price
The service is pre-billed monthly around the first of the month.

Price of the service is $220.00 per month
Overage hours are charged at $100.00 per hour on next month's bill.

Unused hours are credited back on the next month's bill.
