24x7 Monitoring & Alerting Service  

Overview
This service will allow us to remotely monitor your systems (servers and workstations).
We can create automatic alerts from systems if there is going to be a problem.
It will allow us to respond to problems in pro-actively before they become issues.

The Service
With this service we will set up basic for the following topics:
- CPU Utilization above 50% (Needs more CPU power, or second CPU, more memory - slow down will occur)
- Memory Utilization above 50% (Needs more memory, slow down will occur)
- Hard drive free disk space below 10% (needs more hard drive space, slow down will occur)
- Software installation occurred
- Software uninstallation occurred

We can have alerts set up on Event log entries, Service failures, hardware changes, etc. Too many to mention.

It also will provide a quick way to do a basic inventory your systems (hardware & software) without interrupting your users.
We can set up all kinds of alerts (even if software is being installed on computers that is not allowed or not licensed by you).
We can have alerts also sent to an e-mail address you specify beside our own.

For servers we have 24x7 data center software that we quickly can see the key issue areas.

This service is also available and very useful for residential clients. Of course there can not be 24x7 monitoring of systems hardware since most residential clients turn their computers off.
When they are on-line, it will send us alerts on problem areas that need to be addressed for continued problem-free computing.

In addition, we have remote support access to the computer when you need it without having to go through downloading remote support access software every time.
We can quickly make changes to your computer remotely if it runs slow and needs a tune-up.
We will not access your computer without your approval.

Price
Pricing is based on three different options:

Option 1: Month-to-month billing (no contract but the most expensive option).
Option 2: Annual contract (monthly billing, the medium priced option).
Option 3: Annual contract (pre-payment for one year, the cheapest option).

Pricing for the three options:

Option 1: $10.00 per computer per month.
Option 2: $7.50 per computer per month.
Option 3: $60.00 per computer per year ($5.00 per month per computer).

This service is pre-billed monthly or annually (depending on the option you choose).
