Overview
Frequency Support offers you an engineer on-site two or more time per week.
This support option offers four hours of service or more per week at a reduced rate.

The Service
This service has been designed to take care of your day to day computer support needs.
All the visits and work will be documented to provide you a better understanding of the needs and questions within your organization.
These service reports will provide a valuable base in the process of making Information Technology work the way you need it to work.
During this time the engineer will:

- Check your server statistics.
- Check your backup.
- Check your AntiVirus status.
- Any other tasks that you wishes the engineer to perform.
- Document the work.

Triple Technologies recommends this service option for organizations with more than 25 employees.

Price
Price level is based on the amount of hours you sign up for. The more hours, the cheaper per hour.
The service is pre-billed monthly around the first of the month.

Price levels are:

Helpdesk Support 4 hours per week - $1,380.00 per month.
Overage hours are billed the next month at $70.00 per hour.

Helpdesk Support 8 hours per week - $2,770.00 per month.
Overage hours are billed the next month at $70.00 per hour.

Helpdesk Support 12 hours per week - $3,640.00 per month.
Overage hours are billed the next month at $60.00 per hour.

Helpdesk Support 16 hours per week - $4,510.00 per month.
Overage hours are billed the next month at $60.00 per month.

Unused hours are credited back on the next month's bill.
