Block Hours 

Overview
Our Block Hours package has been put in place to serve our clients.
The concept is simple, you purchase a certain amount of hours and it allows you to control the hours you purchase at your own leisure.

The Service
With the Block Hours package, you buy a certain amount of pre-paid hours from us. Once the hours are purchased, you can use them in any way you want.
Here are some examples of how clients use these hours:

- Ongoing support which can be conveniently pre-scheduled for you.
- Telephone support.
- Ad-hoc visits.
- Training.
- Projects.

There are many more ways that you might want to use these hours.

Simple concept requires a simple price. The more hours you purchase, the more you save per hour. Our options come in blocks of hours with hourly prices attached to them. You can choose any amount of hours and depending on in which block this falls will determine your hourly price.
On-site visits are subject to one hour minimum. We will fill the hour with tasks you assign to us if the original subject requires less then an hour of service.
Off-site service and phone support will be subtracted from the hours purchased in 15 minute increments

We recommend this package for any organization that would like to get the best service for the best price.

Price
Prices are calculated based on the block the amount of hours purchased are in.

Block prices are:

06 - 20 hours = $110.00/hour
21 - 40 hours = $105.00/hour
41 - 60 hours = $100.00/hour
61 - 80 hours = $95.00/hour
81+ hours = $85.00/hour
